I do know some about anniversaries.

Praying that God would hold you gently and tenderly as you celebrate Lovely Daughter's birthday today. And that he would prepare the way for celebrating the lives of Gregarious Son and Chicago Son on the anniversary of their birth. And for you and Quiet Husband and your children as the anniversary of Chicago Son's death approaches.

May God grant you mercy.
Gracie, a lurkerAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7516914894527254464.post-7158864072004538862009-08-17T21:52:20.848-04:002009-08-17T21:52:20.848-04:00Thank you for thinking of us, even as you are in s...Thank you for thinking of us, even as you are in such pain yourself. We've been chosen to grow in ways we never wanted, and your open and courageous spirit has accepted the challenge. You've got strength, woman. Maybe another gift from your nurturing mother. Your bookended losses are so painful, and yet you offer comfort to strangers, our family whom you've never met. Thank you.

Your family is on the edge of the most challenging few weeks of your lives. I wish I could just hold you all. Please know that my heart is with you and I will pray for you every single day.Karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14519140951660677172noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7516914894527254464.post-18867188169001326682009-08-16T15:38:33.134-04:002009-08-16T15:38:33.134-04:00(o)(o)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08235049965406944684noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7516914894527254464.post-18206882412041392062009-08-16T12:01:03.073-04:002009-08-16T12:01:03.073-04:00"People who know about such things, people wh..."People who know about such things, people who do therapy or teach psychology for a living, have on occasion told me that I must have had a wonderful mother.
